Delete Account

Permanently delete your MyFitnessCal account and personal data


Option 1: Delete from the app (Recommended)

  1. Open the MyFitnessCal app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click on your Profile Information

  4. Select Delete Account

  5. Confirm your choice

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.


Option 2: Request deletion via email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by email.

Send an email to:
support@myfitnesscal.app

Email subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your registered email address

  • Your MyFitnessCal username (if available)

We may verify your request to protect your account and will process deletion within 7 business days.


What happens after deletion

When your account is deleted:

  • Your personal profile and account information are removed

  • Your fitness and wellness logs are deleted

  • Your AI-generated insights and stored data are removed

  • You will no longer be able to access your account

Some information may be retained if required by law, such as:

  • Billing and transaction records

  • Records needed for legal or regulatory compliance


Important notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

  • Deleted data cannot be recovered

  • Active subscriptions must be cancelled through the platform where you originally subscribed (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) before deleting your account.
